CSS is easy. Its like riding a bike, which is on Fire and the ground is on fire and everything is on fire because It is hell.

Indeed, css is easy just use a preprocessor like SASS and you are good.
and before that learn it,
the problem is that people just start writing css without knowledge, you must read people read a lot before you start scraching the wall and yelling css is hell.
