Atleast it's not apple, so the solution might be lurking under the table

First off i'd look for some shprter cords. If not then just use some zip ties or go buy some Velcro from a local store. Atleast thats what i did and im pretty happy

Depending on how flexible you need to be, invest in a couple of cable tidies. Cheap and effective, but a minor pain if you have to remove them.

    Maybe you could go wireless

There are docks that add additional ports and route cables out the back. Have a look on your manufacturer's website

Buy a USB-hub, connect it to your computer, connect all other USB-cables to it and then hide it.

Looks like most of those cables are USB. I'd do:
USB hub and connect all the devices to that. Then tuck it under the table and from that it should be relatively easy to neatly organize all wires

    Don't go wireless!

@billgates Yes that's why I suggested not going wireless! 😜

A damn USB hub for 10 bucks

if you're using it to charge your phone get one with separate power supply to avoid low output

My suggestion is to glue "PVC trunking" to top back end of the table. Maybe open-slotted one.

You could buy a new laptop that has a connector for a docking station, like the expensive Lenovos. 😁

Add a keyboard and hide the whole laptop.. use it like a desktop.
