Damn. Sucks it wasnt recoverable.
Had an similiar situation where i was going to commit a weeks worth of security changes and stupidly instead pulled the current state. Lost alot. Luckily some searching found a magical command for git bash that did lost and found. -
Too late now but you can recover files out of the recycle bin. I don't remember the exact details around it but I know any forensic software can do it or you can do it with a simple hex editor. Also forensic toolkit and encase can do it, easy peasy.
Edit: I just had to look it up for some stupid reason. https://lcdiblog.champlain.edu/2015... -
I've accidentally dropped a finished DB before, which made me snap my keyboard...
I have slight anger issues. -
@ThatDude I'm not a duck, I'm a sentient pineapple sent to burn the world in a fiery hell.
It's not going well. -
@ThatDude the supreme pineapple has deemed you cannibals due to eating our brethren. We will rise up and enslave the human race. MWUAHAHAHAHA.

@ThatDude it just needs a £500 deposit, then we send you a pineapply cream which will help you see effects immediately!

my co-worker raged-flipped her keyboard cause she accidentally deleted the file she has been working on for 2 hours. when we looked in the recycle bin and tried to restore it, it shows an error saying "unknown file extension". she had to start all over because for some reason, we couldnt bring the file back.
