I guess I had an EMP attack in my home.In a single day my laptop charger burst,my desktop monitor got damaged and my Lumia phone has stopped opening.Dont know what to do

    First thing that came to mind was surge protection. We're all devices connected to mains supply?

    Yes it starts shows the 'nokia' word ,then shows no battery....then switch off
    I kept it on charge for over 3hrs yet it doesn't help

    You probably have over tension in the line... Call the line company and disconnect any electronics...
    In Portugal if it's the company fault they will pay for damages
