I just came to know that the division symbol (รท) is a blank fraction with dots representing the numerator and denominator!! Holy shit ๐Ÿ˜ฑ!! After so many years!!

    Wait may I ask what country your from/state? This was required material for me in like 5th grade

    I realised this in like third grade...though, I can see how you wouldn't to be honest. Usually by the time you even get to fractions, schools are already using the /, so you never really see a connection

    @BindView slash is more like a computer thing! But in layman terms รท is still a valid division symbol.

    In Hungary we use fractions or the colon, rarely the forward slash.

    That symbol is never used except for calculators I guess.
