Is it only me who wonders why the "iPhone X" is called "iPhone 10"?

X is 10 in roman numerals.

Must be some kind of marketing strategy

X = 10 and 10 years ago the first iPhone was released

My guess is to avoid the "microsoft did it first" remarks; you know, the whole skipping 9 thing.

Windows jumped to 10 cause 9 was dropped.
There is no reason for Apple except marketing...
Cause without Steve they just use any strategy to make clients believe that they need another (999$) iPhone..
Even if it's almost iPhone 7 with some extras
