@dfox @trogus

Hey, here's a suggestion.

I bet that there are lots of people who cannot afford the supporter ++, monthly cost(like me), but still want that black theme.

And my suggestion is to have another way to get something similar, maybe a gold badge, and you get it when you reach a certain number of ++'s, E.g. 1000.

What do you think?

    @No-one not to worried about the theme, but it would be nice to have some kind of milestone at 1000 😂

    why 1k tho

    @BindView 1000 doesn't really matter just seemed like a number that was good to keep people going, the general idea is just to have a milestone somewhere. In my post you'll notice I say "E.g" which means "For example".

    I think if you reach 10k you should get a special badge which really shows your dedication to devRant and maybe some other small perks @trogus @dfox

    How about a badge when you get more ++s than dfox

    Or you can give Supporter away Like Reddit Gold

    At 1k? No. At 1024 if anything... 😂

    @Dacexi Hmm so what about 40 or 50k? Not asking for a reason or anything 😜

    @AlgoRythm 🙌👌😆

    We got the Tiger Club for that. An extra badge (implying it would be like the supporter ++ one) would just be redundant. We already see the score next to it

    The point is that becoming a ++member brings the income.. and the theme exists to get more ++members... So having 1k ++ is not how this works... It doesn't make money to be fair..

    Alright thanks for your opinion everyone, I agree that it wouldn't bring any extra income in for DevRant. But it could possibly keep people going, maybe the badge doesn't do anything, but maybe you get bronze, silver and diamond milestones? Then people can see roughly how many ++'s you have instantly 😉

    It could be purely for prestige 😂

    We’re always open to other ways to achieve things on the app based on points. An achievement system might come at some point, but we’re not exactly sure what it would look like.

    We’re open to ideas and will keep all of these suggestions in mind. Thanks everyone!
