Don't you just hate it when you're getting fat because you're a developer who is lazy to go to the gym then start developing some messed up health problems and always feel shitty. Smh

The problem I had was going to the gym was I only thought it was like Planet Fitness or such like that. Then someone was talking about how much fun they had in a jiu-jitsu class. I look forward to that every week.

I play racquetball 3 days a week and I lift 3 days a week. I have made being healthy a priority in my life. It also helps to have a fit spouse that cooks healthy food and doesn't buy junk.
My well being is more important than any company's code.

@4screendev we just need to keep a balanced well deciplineed life. I've gain 25lbs working for 1 year for a company full-time. Im not happy about it haha. I'll go in "vacation" for 1 month after this week. I shall join a gym and plan a healthy routine. We need to have other hobbies than just coding. Things that keep us active even when we don't have much time. We can do it

It is very important to take care of your figure. I worked remotely for a long time and gained weight due to sedentary work. I realized that this was no longer possible. I decided to read more about bjj gi for fat guys https://bjjbear.com/bjj-gi-for-big-... and get into this kind of fighting. Literally six months later, my figure became perfect. In a nutshell, I learned how to defend myself and learned a lot of Jiu-Jitsu techniques.
