@itsnameless it's Xcode's iPhone simulator. It powers up an "iPhone virtual machine" to test apps. Similar to Android virtual devices.

That's the same realization I wish everyone would make BEFORE they buy. There's no advantage in upgrading every single year.

@plyman To be honest since 2015 I find no need to update every two years IF you go the flagship of said year.
I got my self Xperia Z5 compact when it was first out in 2015, don't think I'll be changing it till next year, that IF simulators don't do the job for me as a mobile app dev + I need a really powerful phone, but I don't compile on my phone
