Our "intern", who is working here about ONE-POINT-FUCKING-FIVE YEARS with web front- and backend, just asked me how it is best to create a link from one page to another page and sending an additional parameter.

1. 5yrs exp and yet doesn't know?
2. Assuming #1 is ok, 5yrs exp should be enough to make a dev depend on his self and not go around asking

In both cases, he should not be asking but instead googling. not to forget 1.5 years of writing websites, at least once he had to make links, like, who the hell writes a website with no links? unless he has been writing a one page website

I had a similar situation, except the developer had been there for 18 months, had worked in a previous job for a few months, and thought he was a 'mid-level' developer.....what kind of developer who works with web applications with more than 6 months experience asks this shit?!
