Yep. People don't understand the concept of "Unmanaged".

@Rekonnect Oh no we do managed. But that means managed HOSTING and not managed APPLICATIONS.

For many people everything that has something to do with computers is the same.

I mean they don't go to a bakery when they want to buy fish so why is it so hard for them to understand that there are different things as well in the 'computer sector'.

Serious question, servers as in vps like Vultr and digital ocean?
If yes and if your prices are reasonable for personal use servers I'd appreciate if you give me link :)
For now I'm looking for storage hosting but I only have internet card and not master card and digital ocean refuses them and Vultr doesn't have available servers so I'm kinda stuck here :/

If you write a text about a famous person you always get some comments talking to the person itself.

That's almost the same case of yours. I really do not know how people gets these conclusions.

That line never ends. I worked for managed hosting and ended up doing code fixes.

This is why you should have a dedicated support team that take care of all the crappy calls before it reaches you.
