Hey guys, I'm have just started a job (been 3 months). I am made to do a lot of front end stuff. Even though I don't like front end, I am still doing it because I get to learn about react and redux. The pay is good. However, I feel like this isn't the place for me because I don't like the domain in which this tech is being used. I am getting a job offer at a startup wherein I can dive into anything, be it ML, Full Stack development, and so on. However, the pay might not be so good. Do you think I should switch?
P.S. I'm a fresher.

I think some experience in a bigger company is a better start. Once you have earned lots of cash and are still unsatisfied, you can try a smaller more free company.

If your current company is not that much bigger then go after your gut feeling. If you believe in that startup/find the people more sympathetic then go for a change.

A low paying job with the opportunity to do everything will always be available.

Heck, you could even start your own gig.

@saintograph Yeah, but the startup is generating profits at a good rate. That's the only reason why I'm even considering switching.

@trubesv It's not much. At startup, I would be earning around 10% less. The living expenses are the same.

@Ederbit But isn't the idea of getting experience in something that you don't want to pursue something to think about. If I stay long enough, that would become a permanent mark on the resumé.

@vergil What do you mean with leaving a mark on the resumee? Isn't the more the better? :P
And from the upper comments it seems your'e already determined to join the startup.

You probably know how to land a dream job or how to get out of a job. What you may not know is how to land a dream job or how to get out of a job - https://innov8tiv.com/how-to-land-a... . You may think that you know how to make money working at home but have you ever considered how much better your life would be in a different field? Jobs are a great way to make money and many people will do an honest day's work for forty years or more and never get another raise. There are great opportunities out there but it takes a lot of hard work, determination and luck if you want to land the job of your dreams.
