@tosensei it was a premixed pancake starter [a gift from someone]. And it past its exp date for 2 years or so. And it didn't mix well. So most of the pancake matter remained at the bottom of the bottle

I am the official food tester at our house. My stomach can handle anything.

Crêpes would be one of the easiest recipes of the world but people who are too lazy to read a paragraph buy the ready mix.

We were on a trip that weekend and took that bought crepe bottle to finally use it up.

It didn't mix well. The bnb's frying pan was a crap (not a flat bottom). I had to improvise.

Today I made a proper homemade crepe for the fam.

I never understood the pre mix bottles where you have to add water to the line and shake to make the mix. I can understand the powder with everything ready (already lazy yet I understand not needing eggs and milk can be handy) but adding a bottle and a lot of empty space is just too much for me.
The person that invented that should be molten together with the bottle maker.
