I want to rant.

I don't have anything to be mad at. And that's what's making me mad.

My job's going well. I am making good money, more and more each year. My health's good. I have a good body. I get laid every now and then. I enjoy being single.

And yet it's making me mad and makes me feel empty, for some reason. And every day it's growing in size too.

That's mostly normal. You lack purpose. In the old days you'd have kids and war to fill that void.

    it's called "the human condition".

you either die a happy idiot, or get experienced enough to realise it's all pointless.

Had that point many times in life

You're mad because you lack challenge

Life slapping you in the face makes it exciting

Go fuck shit up. Got too comfortable, clearly

Isn't it amazing how depression and frustration manage to creep slowly in...

But seriously... Get a hobby outside of gym / work.

Many people tend to form habits... Which isn't bad per se.

But if your week is one large habit with near to zero change... Then start changing it.

The downside of habits is when we don't realize that we don't feel joy anymore doing it - we're just doing it cause we're used to it.

@IntrusionCM I have to change food, games, interests, etc. Lack of variety is a killer.

    @Demolishun yes.

Especially when someones daily nutrition consists of ripping up a plastic bag or openining a can...

I cooked some thic goulash yesterday for 4 h.

I think food is duct tape for the soul.
