@Cultist They mean about procedural programming. 😅
-
I couldn't agree more!
-
@GurvirBhogal yeah I'm currently using the Bootstrap 4 docs.css. Thank you for your kind words, I hope you starred it to keep you updated for the future improvements. 😉
-
@iamavalos Thanks for the feedback. I am improving it. Part of my next updates are containers and service managers so I can easily integrate Blade templates or any packages that we want to add on like Doctrine, etc.
-
@igorsantos07 Indeed, but if I can find a better way to make a wheel, I don't see anything wrong with it. We don't have many way of knowing how high up the ladder the design of the wheel is until we understand a better way of making one.
-
@xewl Thanks, I appreciate it. Expect more improvement in the future. The main goal is to make it as minimalist as possible and bloatware free.
-
@hitzoR No worries if I add it I'll make sure its decoupled and not required to avoid bloatware. I have to work on for the event manager, http response, DI container and service manager which is more important than anything else. After that the rest can be integrated on the framework. I'm quite excited now. 😉
-
@FinlayDaG33k Yeah, I can tell that its not really a full stack framework, part of its goal is to be as minimalist as possible. I would appreciate it if you would try it on some small web app. Thank you for your feedback. 😁
-
@heyheni Thank you! I admit that it does only solve a simple MVC architecture and can't compete with big frameworks out there yet however I only have one goal at the moment with my framework and it is to code it clean with right design patterns applied. I'm not there yet but don't worry I will put more effort on improving it. I have so many things in my mind to add on my framework, like DB Adapter, ORM, template engine, etc. The project is open source and there are tons of rooms for improvement. I will make sure we will get there, I just want it to be open to the public and hear their thoughts about the source code maybe they have better idea that I don't know.
Anyway greatness doesn't happen overnight. It comes with those countless sleepless overnights.
And about my homepage, I don't like to bloat my home page with to many text that's why I only sarcastically put there, "When it comes to any frameworks one is forced to choose not the best one, but the least evil." LOL 🤣 -
@ScriptCoded Thank you, I appreciate it. :) Now I can finally sleep.
-
Her unfounded confidence comes from her arrogance and lack of experience.
I don't know why but I LOLed 🤣😂 -
My friend thinks that I'm trying to abort a child.. hahahahah...
-
@billgates please tell us more.. sounds interesting.. 🙂
-
@heyheni not really, that's surely a ridiculous question to ask. But if they will ask that I will ask them if what have they've learned after they took my slap tomorrow.. hahaha..
-
@iAmNaN Definitely!
-
When your code is a mess but everything work out in the end because you are serving spaghetti at the very first place.
-
Maintainability dude, maintainability! This might hurt but if you will continue that mindset no one will like you on the team.
-
Oppss.. Did you call me?
-
You better start transferring all your project to a new host like Bitbucket. Bitbucket never fails me, so far.
-
Does that mean that if I choose "More Pay" they will say that "You were right - we should let them work on Saturday and Sunday"
Such a cruel dilemma to be in.. -
The irony between programming and CSS.
-
@nmunro LoL.. Do you think I came here to get an upvote? Do you think I didn't know I will gain more haters than a pat in the back? Of course I know at the very first place many will hate this rant. And also I can even delete my comments there to make this look not spam to you. To make a long story short I came here not to gain votes, I came here to rant and to let out of my frustrations idiot! This why they created it to help us shout out our fucking rants! I don't mind none of you will not agree with me or vote with my rant, I don't give a shit. I came to post my rant and that's all.
I'm a busy guy I don't have the luxury to waste my knowledge and time here gaining votes. You know what I assume now that those who has lots of votes in there profile aren't real programmers but a whore votes trying to pretend to be developers and waste all their time here to gain votes. -
@nmunro STFU! And mind your own rant! You are annoying as hell. Look carefully I'm the same guy who commented there. It happens that his rant pisses me off because of what I'm currently experiencing with this fucking amateur team that I am in. So STFU because this is my rant!
-
@leviathan07 Thanks but bare with since this is not my mother tongue.
-
@theCreativeOne I can't the employer has already brained wash by amateur programmers and now I'm their new senior programmer. It's not that I really hate Laravel, I like it only if I have a team with experience with other frameworks so they know which is evil and which is not. I hate amateurs who keep bragging how beautiful is Laravel but don't have the slightest idea how to properly use facades and eloquent. WTF! Makes me pissed off!
-
In addition to that have time to read this: http://laravel.io/forum/...
-
@theCreativeOne Many times, I just don't like it how they spoon feed everything. I just can't allow myself to be stagnant of the black magics that they were doing. I don't have to explain everything. You will understand if you've been to other frameworks and later start using Laravel because your employer requires you so since it's popular. It's popular because it's easy but if you look to architecture. Most of it are anti pattern.
-
@theImposter actually we tried, me and the other senior dev are trying to explain it to his little brain but he insists on doing it. Damn it! I don't even know how he fucking got hired at the very first place. Now we are a laughing stock if somebody will look at our repository in masters branch, that's what makes me fucking mad!
-
@arminiae because our project manager is so noob. I can't even call him project manager myself with his level of knowledge. (facepalm)
-
Those kind of boss are ridiculous. They know nothing but sales and profits. They are the type of person that exploits or squeeze every bits of you to be satisfied of what they have just paid. If he wants it to be done in 3 seconds then he will be expecting a spaghetti from all of us! Darn! I hate spaghetti! But you leave us no choice with your 3 seconds rules.. hahahaha..
