Programmer can be used for person who specialize on specific language and use that lang. mostly. Like java programmer etc. but developer develops an app or tool with the lang. that does the job and may use multiple or may develop/design other parts of the app/tool which do not require coding/programming.
Ps. Thats my way of thinking.

There are google supported courses on udacity about android development. They might be good and you can continue with nano-degree.

@DivByZero this is too dark. You should lower the contrast between text and background. Just my opinion

@aul12 if its the right page I click ad ones to support google. Every click helps / sometimes just to make ad owner to pay.

Sometimes i just imagine how much time it will take for android studio to open, build etc. And go to bed instead of workin on projects.
