@Codex404 Haha! I use magenta and tomato too
-
@JoshBent yo want a file name final-final-thisisit.jpg??? Lol
-
I know for design purposes you don't use color, but a final project all in gray, with not even a primary color o accent makes no sense to me

The most hideous part is if you need to fill a timesheets and explain everything you do

@CoffeeNcode I'm like what the actual fuck!
So I send an email from my personal account to the PM with a copy to the HR. And her response was like yes it was me, we need to publish the iOS app, TTY on Monday, enjoy your day off.
1. My corporate email doesn't have a shit related with the apple developer account.
2. The architect is the agent of the apple account, he is there, he can publish.
3. I'm at my uncle funeral you peace of fucking bitch! -
@platypus yes the corporate email

@DarkMelchiah I'm working with a project that the company paid an outsource, and now they tired of working with this person so they ask for the source code (because no one have it). And something that frustrates me the most is when people do the code in several languages at the same time, variables in Spanish and others in English, classes with a "Spanglish" name

@bezorp I always sound like crazy (maybe more than I really am) I just go reading a little loud to myself and star like "aahhh so this is what it is", "oh boy what happen now" and I write notes on some whiteboard

At least where I work if you are sick, you still have to go to the office so the project managers see you sick and believe it's true. And now you are in the office stay for the day. God I hate my job!

2/2 -> 5. never anything is his fault, it is always the fault of someone else and it is already a culture of new devs, what makes the most difficult day to day! there is no team work. 6. when someone new arrives and shows that things can be done better, he treats it so badly before the partners until it leaves. 7. and worst of all he is a partner of the company so it is useless to complain to anyone. And YES I am actively looking for job! I can not quit without having something new

1/2 -> This is what happens: 1. the company is full of unnecessary headquarters for the number of developers, we are 7 developers and there is 1 technical leader, 2 Project Managers and 1 software architect. 2. the headquarters do not have the power to decide at all, in the end you always do what the architect says, if at least he were a good architect! He is a hardhead who does not like challenges or look for new technologies. He is also a psychopath who has a war against the sales area. 3. the "scrum" is the most false thing that exists, every Monday there is a meeting of him with the 2 PMs to assign the tasks of the week and the time that he says is the one that should last and as he says it is must do. 4. remember his war? well it is forbidden to socialize with any other department he even once said "what is spoken on this side can not repeat to those on the other side" and has even told others "If ... asked you if you know this technology, say no, we are not doing this project".

@Stuxnet I agree with you. Having at least basic knowledge is essential today and not only for work but for daily life. Unfortunately it seems that those responsible for acquiring talent or even some universities with their curricula do not always see it that way (shrug)
