I don't know. In my uni there were 3 female students for 25 males. So I would say it is a rare occurance. 2 of them were waaaay better than me and finished with a distinction. Never once did they point out their gender. If anything they were mostly gender neutral.

Well I did a similar project a couple of years back. I was working on it for around a year and a half. I used metatrader 4 for the logic. I tested it in pretty much every currency pair and every timeframe imaginable. I had reached a stage where it returned huge profits per year under testing conditions. But sadly in real conditions the script was marginally profitable. I terminated it after a month with a small loss... Metatrader is what you are looking for but don't trust it's testing feature. It is not very accurate.

Indeed... If these numbers are correct, it falls right between DDR100 and DDR266 ram modules of early 2K in terms of data transfer speed. I still use a Debian based Nas with 2 of these modules! Lol. I wonder if one day RAM and SSD will be fused in one single unit.

@Crazed I am not saying yours is a bad idea. Just that it is possible. Having a small pc as a media player for your TV was possible since the 90s but slice raised 220k from Kickstarter to do just that. So if you could create a device which would be easy to use and promote it well I expect that there are others like me who could form a potential market. Especially if the data transfer cost problem is solved.

However, there is a tendency to justify situations where women are favoured much easier than situations where men are favoured. The point is I can't really know the background surrounding the decision based on a title alone and am not willing to jump to conclusions with such little amount of information provided.

You are talking about an internal recruiter. A recruiter who recruits for a specific company. A person who knows the specific requirements and inner workings for the company he recruits for. People generally hate on the commissioned recruiters. You know... The guy who calls a JavaScript developer offering a Java role because his search query for java returned JavaScript as well.
