It's not a ranting. Just want to say that devRant dark side is awesome.

We, programmers are really dedicate our time not just to copy and paste like no brainer. Well I believe there's no brainer out there. But it's not us. We sometimes even forget how to talk with human being. Please understand us you pighead.

My old boss is very happy when he knew that me and him is from the same high school. Ok, that looks fine. But once he told me that he bribes because he will stay if he doesn't .. Why I must work with him. And yeah he didn't finish his study in universities and bla bla bla. The worst part is his personality. Dude, I'm out. I decide to test my boss first before deciding to join his company.

I remember when one of my lecturer give the test about writing a lot of insert update delete query.. On a paper. I bet he can't do it either. Damn it.

I once had a nightmare because my boss suddenly appear in my dream. After that I woke up and can't sleep again, so I'm checking my mail and there is a new mail from him.. On 2am.

When you pushed commit and your partner said you didn't finish your job because she isn't pulling.... :/

I don't understand why some boss or clients say "it's easy" but they don't do it themselves.

When your boss installed Activtrak on your pc and some cctv and hidden recorder in the office. It's sound more like a prison than an office.

When you work as a freelance and your client compare your price with their programmer salary.

Boss: I want a simple form builder.
Me: Ok.
Boss: It must cover all our customers needs. They can build their own form and save their customer submission.
Me: What is their needs?
Boss: Quiz Form, Sales Form, Events Form, Bla bla bla..
Me: Ok, that's not simple so we need to analyze the system first.
Boss: It's similar to wordpress (referring to wp cms) so it must be easy.
Me: But, Wordpress already started before I work here. And..
Boss: I already have a customer and I need it in 1 months!
