Why the fuck are there people in power (management positions) who are a bunch of scumbags and have literally 0 amount of trust left in their bodies? What the fuck is up with that??? If y'all have freakin issues with your subordinates, and don't trust them that they can do their work, FUCKING 👏 TALK 👏 TO 👏 THEM 👏 STAYING IN YOUR PETTY PITY PITHOLE WONT FUCKING DO ANYTHING. YOU HAVE ALREADY ACCEPTED THEM IN YOUR COMPANY AND THERE IS AN ALREADY EXISTING TALENT/RESOURCE WAITING TO BE USED BUT YOURE NOT DOING ANYTHING TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM THEN IDK? IF YALL COULD JUST TALK TO THEM THAT WILL BE GREAT.

Just be true to yourself and to them. Know your own terms when looking for a job, and know if their terms fit with you. Ask them a lot of questions. These questions should provide you a glimpse of what their company culture is like. Try to have fun during the entire process. Don't stress out. And believe in yourself!

Anyone else who gets a massive headache in the middle of the day/week due to overwork? Myfcknggod I still yet have to discovery coping mechanism... But any tips?

When people get their fuckin dicks hard when something minor and petty happens to someone / some people in the office... And the gossiping that ensues.... Some fuckin people need to get a fuckin life.

Why the fuck do some companies make it seem like you need them more than they need you? Also, what the fuck is with organizations who antagonize you when you make a small mistake? Do all of the good things we've done get thrown under the bus because of one mistake???? Fucking corporations!!!!!!!

So I have a fucking groupmate for our degree project and he's been constantly bugging on my neck asking me to do things. The problem with him is that he constantly reminds me of the things that I should be doing and he seems like he wants the thing to be done all himself. Basically, he doesn't trust me that I could deliver whatever he asks me to do. He keeps on micromanaging me from time to time and he seems like he wants to control my life altogether! Fuck this.

Oh and another, whenever he asks for opinion, whatever you say doesn't even fucking matter. He dismisses it immediately anyway and goes with whatever he thinks.

Seriously, fuck this!!! I can't keep calm and I need to constantly check on my posture! (Forgot the right term...) Uhhhh halp

what if your manager asks for a programmer of a certain programming language (that you know but is not a master of it) for a certain project and there are only few people you know who would volunteer and they might hire other people if they don't find people inside, would you volunteer yourself given that you don't have any project with you right now or no?

Im a student programmer pretending to know his shit and earlier today I was coding javascript and man I thought I know that language already. Turns out I dont know shit and it had me searching how tos on google. Bless that search engine though for giving me results I didnt even know that I need. Lesson of the day, just continue pretending shit cause ya gotta live life.
