@nik123 well no not exactly. Transputer had no graphics capabilities - it was just meant to be a parallel processing cpu, easy to connect to peers

@pedro-abreu back in the 90's we thought that Transputer would be future of computing ... parallel computing with 64K processors connected. Then Nvidia took over.

@rayanon it was more a work philosophy: use chess to relax and to change your mind. 3 or 4 times a day we would play a game and this was a great way to free up our mind from the developer's routine. I remember (but it was 25 years ago ;-) that from time to time we had Eureka! moments during these sessions.
