I applied for a Senior dev role at a local company. I am perfectly qualified for this role with over 10yrs experience. Just talked to the owner and their salary target is $80k. FOR A SENIOR ROLE. Ok, dude, you get what you pay for.... I guess I'll keep looking.

To my dev manager: hold on... you are annoyed that one of our high profile customers found a bug in our software after upgrading to production because they didn’t test that feature in staging?? Did I hear that right? Yeah, let’s blame our customers for bugs that we introduced and that we clearly didn’t test during QA... that’s what we’re all about over here...
