Best thread I've ever read. Period.

This could be turned into a collab. What say @react-guy
-
I'd do you one better. So, I study in the University of Delhi, India and last year, one of our associate professors taught us Android Programming. I was very amped up.
He gave all lectures and took doubts in each class. We started with Hello World on Day 1 and on the day of our semester practical, more than 50% students didn't know how to do that after being lectured for the same thing more than 5 times in the entire session apart from other projects we did in labs. Can you fucking believe this?
Now, the moral is that sometimes teachers are fed up of students' behaviour and I think as a student that they should be and so he was. When he came to teach us PHP in last session, he completed the course in a week. That's only 4 hours including practicals. That's it.
So, the respect goes both ways and in your case I think that your teacher is irresponsibly arrogant in his own rhythm which is not good at all, for anyone under his mentorship. -
No pollution though. Just saying.

@torvim communication as in? And, for conversations like this I think emails would be better. What say?
-
@torvim great. Let's do this.
-
I've no idea how this happened, it's wk103 I guess and the rant complements for both wk99 (worst) and wk103 (best), even when I pressed the banner for wk103.
-
@Big-R Micheal Jackson reference!
-
@FrodoSwaggins this is not about Google vs Apple. This is about a company voluntarily not releasing a software patch which could result into the biggest software bug of all time.
-
Apple in general is just ignoring it's users while strikingly increasing price of its devices, which given the cost should come with atleast great support on the software end.
And, here we are, with a character from telugu fucking everyone's devices.
As said previously, given the resources, time and need, Apple should have released a patch to remove this bug (on highest priority) and it must.
People buy there products and the company has no respect for them.
Classic Apple. -
@Jackeast it's a unicode emoticon

@jhh2450 last week I used hover css in one of my webpage. My WD friend had told me to use min files so I picked the min version of the css which came to be compressed like this. I formatted the required portion only to find it already formatted in the normal version. :\

@bikki *it's slow as fuck all the time.
-
atleast it follows the language style guidelines. my classmates write like this:
-
@theScientist I think that regardless the matter, conversations should involve understanding the topic first and then commenting on that note.
Speaking doesn't mean we can say anything whatsoever w/o having a look at the topic, it can mislead, interrupt, and hurt others. -
@Haxk20
-
@Haxk20 come on man, understand the joke.
-
this is good.
-
@IllSlapU it has. my Ubuntu system was not booting up (stuck in initramfs) and I had my freelancing stuff stored there only. so I had to go through this command to proceed with dir cleanup and reboot to normal.
-
@Nanos it was a deliberate attempt to wrote the caption because i like using all lowercase for everything whatsoever.
-
@Gradle this is lot better than not committing at all 😉
-
@NoMad 😅
