If smelling it gets you in the zone then fair enough. But as for consuming it, I can't immediately see how that could be arranged without causing a distraction. -

shovethisrant6012311d@iceb do not use them regularly - ammonia is a toxin - you can cause damage to airways + your lungs with prolonged exposure. Smelling salts is basically huffing ammonia.

I think there are more herbal solutions that would do what I want too but with a name like that. It's hard to pass up haha
