Reminds me of the ctOS in Watch_Dogs. Pretty interesting game. The story really shows what corruption in such a system can do.

Even the unit was known as pre-crime.
There was even a TV show made as the after effect of the movie

I prefer the "Person of Interest" concept over minority report concept.

Human minds are all fucked up mess but with the highest speed engine. So no algorithm will be able to detect it. Even we cannot be sure what we want now nor what we gonna do next.
