It's refreshing yet odd when you go from a team with loads of meetings (mostly stand-ups and of that Scrum stuff) to one with only 2 weekly meetings.

I'm convinced scrum can work if you follow it, but I've yet to experience it.

Everyone seems to do fake-waterfall-scrum which absolutely does not work. Lol

@lungdart It does work when done right.
The company I work at since 4y ago, is mostly Agile with either Scrum and Kanban, and the meeting rate has been fine for the most part but it gets out of hand when there scrums of scrums (basically additional meetings that groups different teams).
