    I was just using antergos as well. Now I am on Ubuntu budgie. Pop sounds cool. I might check it out.

    Any recommendations for a Linux distro that doesn't have any unnecessary bloat but also has a very polished/modern UI? I've been looking at Elementary OS, considering giving it a shot but don't know if there are better options.

    So what exactly is the difference between pop!_os and ubuntu?

    @hexc If you're somewhat comfortable with linux, then Arch with Gnome or KDE Plasma is probably a good bet.

    @theuser cool I'll take a look, thanks for the suggestion.

    @theuser it's feels faster and clean. Maybe someone can answer that. I mostly use non gui Ubuntu.

    @LeFlawk TBH I've only used some of the mainstream distros like Ubuntu and mint before, and tbh I don't really want to put a ton of effort into configuration, ide rather just have it up and running so I can get on to doing dev stuff rather than muck around with os to much. But totally open to suggestions if they don't require a ton of setup time to get to a solid DE.

    @LeFlawk cool I'll check that out! Thx :)

    So how is pop os different than an Ubuntu gnome with a cool theme?

    @hexc You would probably be very happy with elementary. It's definitely one of the more polished distros out there. They make the DE, apps, etc in house so it has a very consistent design.

    this routine i did last year in nov... It was fun 😏😏

    @kolaente @theuser not much.

    Pop is a bit minimal if you compared it with ubuntu. Does not need much tweaking and stuffs. Installing gnome tweak utility is probably enough.

    Different custom shortcuts. Need a bit of time to get used to. But once you are familiar, I'm sure you will be happy.

    If system76 people keep their words and continue working on it, it will become a good distro in future.

    @marcus5914 I was trying to remove the black strain above the progress bar for a solid a minute or so.. thinking it was my spit on my screen or something. 😑

    @CurseMeSlowly I personally hate the big black bar on Firefox. Do you know how remove it ?

    @marcus5914 if you meant the title bar, install gnome tweak tool and try this. Or search extension using keyword "title".
