hmmm what if I go to that location

    You need to set the environmental variables. Google it

    Control pannel -> advance settings

    I think u will find environment variable button below, click and add the variable.
    This will make it universal..

    For a fun fact
    They know no one is going to run python files directly using cmd prompt ,unlike Linux .
    So on default it's not ticked

    Mostly the ide takes care to link the python interpreter

    I do always keep the cmd ,
    But I got used to the run buttons on ide

    Turned out it was a problem with the Python version. It required v2 rather than the v3 I had installed.
