I like pretty much anything (I usually put it on shuffle) but I can only listen to music when I'm coding something that doesn't involve much thinking. For actual stuff that needs a lot problem solving and thought, I've always had to turn the music really low or off.

drum and bass most of the time. But when pissed I hear speed metal. If i need to be creative I hear to deep house. If tired I hear to a music called schranz, (we call it like this in germany) this music is basically very monotonous but fast techno (around 160bpm)
