@linuxxx it was discovered around 5 years ago from what i remember but it moving to android and using peoples attention spans against them cause they can't be arsed to spend 2 minutes to read permissions is new and genius

I don't like the man because he was kind of a racist Republican stereotype... But Bill Cooper was telling people this stuff since the 80s or so. Much of his book behold a pale horse from the 90s was confirmed in the more recent high profile leaks. Unfortunately the book was most popular among UFO nuts. But He even came out a few years after the book release to say that that found out about a program to feed UFO info to potential leakers. So he dismissed one of the main markets that have him high sales numbers, and he was in navel intelligence so I do believe he could have been a victim of a program to smear his credibility. I spoke with him on two occasions and he was a total dick to me, but despite how I feel and that I take his book with few grains of rock salt, quite a few things in it turned out to be accurate about the CIA and NSA's programs
