Did you know in China they censor death? Anything related with death gets censored. Even in videogames. They don't want the ching chongs to remember they're mortal so they end up wasting their lives.

NO ONE KNOWS what happens after death.

Do you remember yourself before birth? Of course not your sensory organs and brain didn't exist then. Therefore, you dying, your system failing means your sensory organs and brain will permanently shut down. Therefore, it will be a permanent nothingness. You are just an instance.

The main point is. GO FUCKING LIVE.

@jestdotty I wonder how to think about death when I get older. I have a good friendship with a very old man and I kinda wants to know how he thinks about it but so far I don't dare. But it seems that you accept it more and more getting older.

You only do not know what happens after death in the same manner as you do not know what happens when you drop a stone a thousand and one times. A thousand times, if fell, but maybe, the next time, it will do something different.

When parts of your brain are deactivated, you lose certain things. Vision, hearing, consciousness. But, maybe, just maybe, something different will happen when all the areas are turned off.

And I cannot fault the logic. The stone might hover. I cannot disprove this ahead of time.

But yea, momentum mori, remember that you're mortal. Well, I don't think there is so much depth in it. They just found it offensive. Sometimes boobs are offensive, sometimes words are. Sometimes telling the truth is always allowed, sometimes only if it doesn't violate someone's honor and you're forced to lie or stay silent.

We have weird laws. Laws are more often than not a compromise, a smoke screen for bribes, or simply to appear as if something is done.

I don't care too much about being remembered. I've already flown around the world and lived in three different countries. I got a lot of adventuring in (not because I like adventure, but I was just really depressed. I ended by leaving software engineering to go live in new exotic countries ... where I did software engineering 😋)

I feel like I've done a lot and now I'm in my 40s and am like "Fuck I'm 40 hours in to an 80+ hour game!" ... the 2nd half seems kinda boring. Hopefully the 3rd act gets better .. as my controller falls apart and the game starts to glitch.
