- i would tone down the orange gradient, its a bit overwhelming,

- skype chat is missing an image,

- Knowledge point institute link needs more line-height for when it drops to a second line

- fix the "container" div, you have "containe"

- use fluid-containter when at mobile, so its full screen and doesnt feel as squashed in.

The thing that bothers me is the "about". It's your personal page so why is it in "he" form and not "I"? You have anyways other people giving recommendations describing you from outsider's perspective.

In today's time, if your site can not be read in mobile, big disadvantage. Search for css media query and make it mobile friendly.
