Any particular reason why you're going for it

@graviton its a requirement for the company. I work for the USDA as a contractor the company who gets the work requires all devs to get a certification in Java 6, 7, or 8 in 120 days of starting. I choose 7 cause I just want to get it out the way. Not worrying about Lambdas and Datetime.

Good choice. 6 is long dead and 7 doesn't have 8's extra bullshit. Def. try Enthuware and maybe reading Mala Gupta's OCA guide if you got time. Good luck, man.

@telephantasm I haven't tried Mala gupta guide. I have Enthuware though. Gonna look at that book and see what it offers.
