Yeah, it's a pity that there aren't more rants about Lotus Notes. But maybe Notes' meeting avoidance feature makes up for everything.

devRant has always been toxic, or at the very least not representative of the global developer population.

I recently attended a developer event IRL but the number of times that the topics of: GDPR/privacy, Microsoft bashing, or shaming people for using a operating system of their choice, etc. came up were zero.

Actually this was even the same week that the GitHub acquisition news broke. Guess what? None of the software engineers I spoke with cared enough to even discuss it.

Except, you know, they're all true.
