What the hell.. Stylish got removed from the Chrome web store?

Saw that yesterday too. Has someone an idea why it got removed?

@nobes Just looked into the Stylish issues (https://github.com/stylish-userstyl...) and it doesn't look like any issues have been opened regarding the removal yet, but there's one from 2 weeks ago about possible spyware in the Stylish addon. Maybe Google removed it because of a policy violation?

There also seems to be a fork of it without this spyware code called Stylus (https://github.com/openstyles/... and https://chrome.google.com/webstore/...) which seems to be a suitable alternative.

Because it was pure Spyware and stole literally everything.
Chrome, FF and Opera all banned Stylish from their marketplaces.

@Condor oh yeah, I remembered something like that when you mentioned stylish, but forgot it immediately, damn, does that mean you can't do your dark theme? or is the stylus a viable alternative?

@JoshBent Stylus is a suitable drop-in replacement.. I'll have to apply all my themes in there again, but for theme development Stylus doesn't make much of a difference.
Come to think of it, I should still get that repo on my tablet and push from there...

@JoshBent eh, git@nixmagic.com it is. I'll fix and get that signature verified later. Currently it's not even added to my key yet but I should be able to add it later as a subkey. Not like that's gonna fix the signature issues over at GitLab where they don't support subkeys but eh, gotta row with the sticks I've got :')
Honestly, signatures are a total mess in my development workflow right now. Ever since our beloved Microsoft meddled with GitHub...
