Designers who think they understand PHP and backend development.... sigh

I have taught the designer at my company to read database diagrams because she had trouble with the complete flow, now she knows what data is where, how its connected and what types of input she has to use. The flow of the designs has improved a lot.

My techlead is also teaching the non devs to understand what devs do by teaching them a bit html, css and javascript. They make useless and ugly incorrect horseshit but they do get a better understanding.
