It's not optimal for programming, but I had to buy it because of a previously worsening carpal tunnel syndrome.
After a 1.5 week adjustment phase I was more or less back up to speed.

It is just awesome! You only have to move fingers for typing, the hands stay at their respective position. No more pain ever since.

@PonySlaystation I suspected you would show a better picture of the other keyboard...
