It would be nice and more community spirit if people on YouTube would:

- stop using A.I. for voice-over
- stop using A.I. for random comments
- stop using A.I. for video content

It's beginning to become confusing what's real and what's not. I admire real creators, not quick-buck fakers.

As if any substantial part of it was real before AI

Don't forget books. This is where one of the biggest problems lies. Hard to find real new authors.

I'm fine with AI aided. Not fine with fully AI generated at the current state. Things don't have to be harder and more expensive than necessary. Currently AI is used for things it can't do properly yet this makes it feel like (cheap) effortless crap that it is.

@hjk101 you can find recommendations for books worth reading, for now it's not that hard to determine if a reasonably long review is legitimate.

One way I can see this AI wave panning out is that we fall back to personal links as basic proof of reality, and permit more hops through the social net the less important the topic is.

@lorentz problem is with new breakthrough authors. They get lost in the sea of trash.
