Pretty funny, cause maybe half a year ago there was an attack against my email, but I'm pretty sure he got stopped because of the 2FA. Not to mention that I immediately changed it for a password x times stronger than whay I had before 🤷‍♂️

I had that same threat - I looked up the password they sent in my password manager since I always use unique passwords. I found it was from some site I purchased cvs software from many years ago. That site must have got hacked and had their password list leaked. So they didn't actually hack my email.

@spacem yeah, I think that guy had multiple password sources. Idk where that password he sent me came from. I haven't brought a cvs software or something similar either.
