Client hasn’t responded to my questions for over 2 weeks, so I close her ticket.

”Why the hell did you close the ticket!? The problem still exists!”

Sorry, I’m not a mind reader..

    You should send an auto close date. Like if you don't answer before x Day the ticket will be closed

    I second the reminder. Closing the ticket, however, is surely effective, too. 😊
    Hell, if they do not respond, what else should you have thought than that it can't be *that* important anyway? 🤔
