Am I the only one who's a final year undergraduate, but isn't sure he/she knows enough about programming and comp sci as they should?

Like I recently went for an interview with a company, and they asked what's the difference between pass by reference and pass by value. Now, this is probably a very basic qs, so I was surprised when I couldn't answer this. So I'm really scared that I don't know enough, also I'm terrible in their group exercises too, I can't see how the others can do it so easily.

@pandasama I’m sorry you didn’t get the job. I would answer if I could but I’m not in uni currently.

    Why you wanna join MNC?

Isn't the answer is simple, you pass value in one case, another case you pass reference to value.
    Simple English Model :-p

@gowtham-sai also the thing is, that answer is too simple, I gave that as first and then I wondered if it was wrong

Sometime you mind just stops working. It happens more often than you think, I've seen senior developer and architects not being able to answer simple question but that doesn't mean they're not good dev i even envy most of them.. good luck for next time.

@TRex thanks man, but I just feel all my education and projects and learning experience has been useless if I can't talk properly about the things I've learned
