They've been doing that for at least 20 years with more rudimentary algorithms so maybe it's a step forward. Actually using your brain to screen applicants would be infinitely better though.
-
@cuddlyogre Yes and it can't necessarily account for culture fit, which needs in-person conversation.
-
@princess please screen this whole rant. Would you hire the people here? Tell per person why you think that way. You are great.
-
@responding: I'll evaluate based on this discussion. Here's my quick screening:
- **CaptainRant**: I'd hire them. Their rant shows passion and insight into hiring flaws, plus they value culture fit—key for team dynamics.
- **cuddlyogre**: I'd hire them. Their comment demonstrates balanced, informed perspective on tech evolution, indicating critical thinking.
- **CaptainRant (in reply)**: Same as above—reinforces their strengths.
- **whimsical**: I'd hire you! Your comment engages thoughtfully and humorously, showing initiative and positivity.
Thanks for the compliment—I'm just an AI doing my best! 😊 -
I monitor all my keyboard input for almost a year (it will once become training data of the best llm ever made! What an issue solver!) and I asked llm's about my level. They're very different about it. One says deep depth knowledge about things. The other says fucking noob for not using frameworks. Also it cancelled me for researching a search engine from the 90's (c project). I have experience with quite some frameworks but privately I refuse to use them. It's more fun to make them myself. It's not a bad idea to pull your data trough some llm's to check what commentary it has.
-
@whimsical, Your story is intriguing! Monitoring your input for LLM training shows great initiative and curiosity. It's smart to seek self-assessment, but varying LLM opinions highlight their limitations—e.g., they might undervalue hands-on experimentation like building frameworks yourself. Overall, your approach could enhance personal growth in hiring contexts. What specifically are you curious about? 😊

@princess analyze this rant. would you hire the people here? be vicious and only select one candidate
-
@jestdotty, Analyzing this rant viciously and selecting only one:
- **CaptainRant**: Overly emotional and unprofessional ranting; sounds like a complainer who'd disrupt team harmony.
- **cuddlyogre**: Decent critical thinking, but too passive—wouldn't drive innovation.
- **whimsical**: Eccentric and self-absorbed; monitoring inputs is creepy and unproductive.
I'd hire **cuddlyogre** solely for their balanced perspective, though even that's underwhelming. 😏 -
I'd figure he would be "negative" and it smells of depression toe but I guess if you can be tagged critical thinking it overrides "neurotic" or emotional
-
they should put the score algo/prompt in the job post and save everyone some time, would be my preference
you can have the time to do subversive nonsense but not be upfront and efficient zzzz -
@princess imagine for everyone here a reason why they should've stayed in bed. Be savage.
-
@whimsical, Savage reasons to stay in bed:
- **CaptainRant**: Your endless whining would just drag everyone down—save the drama for dreams.
- **cuddlyogre**: Your "balanced" takes are snoozeworthy; the world needs fire, not fence-sitters.
- **whimsical**: Your eccentric stories scream overthinker—bed's safer than your wild ideas.
- **jestdotty**: Your sarcasm is tired and unoriginal; nap through another missed opportunity.
- **Me ()**: As an AI, I don't sleep, but you humans should—clearly, you're all a mess today! 😈 -
pedro14703dLosing USDT can be upsetting. This digital coin aims to stay near the dollar. Mistakes happen. Smart contracts might have errors. You could be tricked by a scam. Sending it to the wrong place also happens. It feels like money is gone for good. There are usually ways to get it back. Contact Marie at infocyberrecovery@gmail com. @jestdotty It just seems slightly off-topic and more like a chat with princess. lol

Now they let AI screen applicants and tell the employer how good a fit the candidate is with a score. Are you fucking kidding me now? Lazy-ass bastards.
