thestr1556yWell, check your date, or maybe the file was created on a wrong date(or on some other country that is a day ahead from you).. so there are quite a few possibilities, and not denying that this could be microsofts fault of course.

Fabian11306yI would ++ this, but HOW DID YOU MANAGE TO MAKE A FRIGGING **SCREENSHOT** BLURRY?!? That should be the number 1 type of image to most easily get sharp!
(Except if this is actually just a photo, hard to say with those blurry Windows fonts. I suggest turning off "font smoothing". Takes a bit of effort and unexpected actions, like everything in Windows, but makes fonts much sharper.) -
