I find it weird getting countless rejections saying they prefer other candidates who are 'better'. What the fuck, is the market flooded with top tier talent or something? I already have an impressive resume and apparently it's not enough.

That's the market these days. Not even an interview. Straight out rejected.

    Maybe you need more confident flexing in your resume / communication. The competition is doing it too, for sure.

    Um, yes? Have you seen the layoffs? Intel literally lost 80k+ people this year. The market has been in a free-fall. I was unemployed from March -> Sept and had to take a 30k pay cut from what I was making.

    when I was more depressed the anxiety didn't come on, but I found talking to people to be "what's the point" so I solved one problem and got landed with functionally the same problem =-=
