I know it sucks being heartbroken, but you have to respect her (dumb) decisions. You can't spy, hack or coerce your way into a successful, trusting relationship. She already broke *your* trust, why would she still want to be in a relationship with you after you also break *her* trust?

In this case you have the validation twice that she does not have the decency to either break up with you or discuss a different kind of relation. This means that she is just using you for something. It sucks but just break up with her.

If it does not mess with your emotional state you can still have fun with her but not as your monogamous partner.
