whimsical174320dI started young and the proofing yourself before getting taken serious took a while. In outsourcing on location I was many times "new" and the process started over and over again. I also thought, didn't I prove myself by now? No, not if you're new everytime. Be patient, your time will come. People with more experience just look further than software development itself and they don't expect the youngsters to do that what is often true. No, we won't refractor the existing shit to the new react etc. Doesn't matter if it's better.. We're building something sustainable, not the most modern or some state of the art tech. While commercial thinking is not really task of developer, I've seen what happens when the developers don't do it at all.
