Ask them if their input validation for that question works the way it should and e.g. say "127398", "01.01.1970", ..

A bad tester verifies that the unit under test works. A good tester proves that it doesn't work.

@kgbemployee yeh, me too, I even hate endless mock interview being asked that kind of stupid question, there's no model answer, but seems they are so hunger for intelligent answer, whatever I say, they don't really care, but you actually ended up an intelligent answer

I'd bring up what I'm proud of, what I think is the things that I do best.
That way you're honest, they learn more about you, and you don't have to guess where the others are skill-wise and won't risking putting other people down ("they usually don't test for X because they are idiots, but I do. Please give job now.").

@ihatecomputers this is a key point to answer, i believe i will be stressing what I done on the project I am proud of to give them a lesson
