Most of those "I tried it" replies will be fake. Any that aren't, those people shouldn't be allowed out in public. Well, unless you tell them "Hey, if you jump in front of a bus you'll go to heaven".

This isn't the first time.
After the recent iOS updates some people put their iPhone in the microwave because someone on Facebook wrote it would charge them faster.
The same with iOS-updates apparently making the phone waterproof.

The people who fall for this must think technology is pure unicorn magic or something.
