Anyone knows a quick easy way to write a cli that ask me questions and puts those answers in an excel sheet automatically? Should I write it with c# or python and which libraries?

Where do these questions come from? Dumping to csv is easier than a true spreadsheet is basically the same thing.

Use a comma separated csv and it's incredibly easy.

As for being smart, well... I'm just in a bad mood today - long ass painful week of no progress due to having to rebuild the same thing many times differently in an environment that doesn't even work (mini rant) - if this was a complicated task I might have had a smart response.
