I'm feeling so lonely at work. No one is interested in talking to me. They talk only when they need something done.

You could talk to your boss that the company could arrange something for the team to get to know each other more on a personal level. For example an evening with some sports and a dinner.

We have informal get-togethers at the end of the day, and team lunches from time to time. Sometimes you have to be the one that starts the conversation.

Me too... Been sorta feeling that more and more lately. My teams are always been in another country. Was ok except for now when the team is so large I actually need to talk to them.... Hard to get their attention or response....

OMG, I'd give anything for people to leave me alone.. I don't want smalltalk when I go on cig break cuz I want to process workflows in my head..

I think I have german ancestry, all work no smalltalk bs... No offence meant, I just admire their efficiency..
